Our focus is on helping employers, unions, regulators and private sector companies by conducting fair and impartial sexual misconduct investigations with empathic experience and knowledge developed over the past 19 years.

We have experience with building, developing, and strengthening internal institutional processes and policies to address and respond to sexual misconduct. We also provide training and education consulting services.

about Shelley

  • We understand the sensitivities and reputational risks to individuals and organizations when a complaint of sexual misconduct is made. With discretion, dignity and confidentiality, we work with organizations to determine the most appropriate approach and response. Our founder has 19 years of experience directing, leading and conducting investigations in government oversight, regulatory, union, and post-secondary environments. This has highlighted the fundamental importance of fairness and independence, as well as a deep understanding of trauma and compassion.

  • In addition to conducting investigations, we will work with your organization over the long-term to provide guidance, including training and education, policy and procedure review and advising.

  • Our founder has experience directing, overseeing and conducting investigations into sexual misconduct and other serious issues that cause harm, significant emotional distress, and pose reputational risk. We understand how difficult it is to go through a complaint process, whether you are making a complaint, are the subject of a complaint, or managing a complaint. We will help by being impartial, discrete, and compassionate.
